Bottle & Stone accepts all major credit cards. Charges to your card will appear as Bottle & Stone 855-481-2073. We do not accept other forms of payment at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer ground shipping in the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Due to the rising costs of freight shipment across the globe as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have raised our shipping fees so we can continue to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days from delivery for a full refund minus the shipping expenses. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please reach out to assistant@bottleandstone.us for return instructions.
Once we receive your return, a full refund (less shipping) will be issued upon inspection (please note that empty bottles are not eligible for refunds).
