I’m grateful that so many of you have began to incorporate CBD into your daily routines and trusted me to ask your questions. I made a delicious salad for lunch today and wanted to share the recipe. Feel free to skip the CBD but add it if you’d like to for the calm and focus inducing effects! You can also store the extra dressing in the fridge for salads throughout the week ?
- 1 cup strawberries stems removed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar I used rose vinegar but if you can’t find that, ACV will be delicious!
- 6 leaves mint
- 6 leaves basil
- 2 dropperfuls Bottle & Stone 600mg Natural
- Pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Pour over your favorite salad ingredients and toss well.
